RATE AND FEES: In addition to the weekly base rent that varies across the rental season, there is a 9% Maine tax, cleaning fee of $250 and a refundable damage deposit of $500. The damage deposit is refunded the week after check-out as long as there is no damage to the unit and it is left tidy. Tenants supply their own linen.

Property Description

There are two bedrooms (futon room makes third). Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size on top). There is also a full size futon sleeper sofa in a room right off of the main living area that can be shut off to be it's own room with the sliding barn door. This condo is on the upper floor of a duplex (there are 6 stairs to gain access from the front). The lower unit is rented on a year round basis and the tenants there tend to keep to themselves.
