HEIDI HAYES, RENEE WILLIAMS, TROY WILLIAMS

All three of us grew up in York and know the area very well. In 2014, we formed Williams Realty Partners, a thriving Keller Williams Real Estate company, and the number one KW team in New England. Each of us has long term experience in rental property investment and management. Heidi has been operating her rental management company, Oceanview Property Management, Inc, since 2011, and Renee has been managing Renee’s Rentals, in York since 2012.

We are committed to great customer service that will lead to a rental experience you will remember for a lifetime! We bring over 12 years of experience managing our rentals in York Beach, with a proven track record of ensuring clean, well-appointed properties that will exceed guests expectations. For us, that's the fun part!

We feel very fortunate to have recently purchased and refurbished Crowe’s Cottages, a family destination in York Beach for over 40 years, and are confident we can provide wonderful family experiences for the next 40 years!
